I didn’t realize this was a thing until I started my new account. For whatever reason I can no longer access ads for rewards in the game. Turns out this is a known issue or change made by Plarium. What are they thinking? I’m sure there are players that don’t like free rewards… really? I’m going to see if I can find a way to get the rewards back. Some players claim they have downloaded older versions of the game, cleared cache, reinstall, etc. Anyone knows what’s up with this, please let me know.
@t_t That stinks. There are a lot of resources we are missing out on. Like 20,000 credits, blueprints, acoin, etc. I’ve reached out to Plarium about the issue and it will be interesting to hear the response.
😫 Now I’m locked out of both accounts. They tell you that you have reached your limit on outgoing messages for a certain time period, wait and log in again later. What a mess. I had no idea that they made all of these changes. I’ve had multiple accounts in the past and could log into both of them multiple times a day no problem.
Apparently they track your IP now and if you have multiple accounts you can no longer claim promo codes for a new account either. Don’t get it. They are clearly trying to curb certain player behaviors on here but to what benefit for them I don’t know.
I reinstalled the app and it let me sign back into Morla account, which is good. I think I’m going to reach out to Plarium with the issues to understand all of this better.
@sweet-pea I knew you were Morla hahaha! I was 2nd guessing myself lol. New player but where is Whizzleats? 🤔 🤣
It just dawned on me that I did have to reenter the confirmation code to verify my email on both acccounts. Maybe this a security issue? weird
@sweet-pea there is a new 2 step authentication factor I believe. Not sure if thats it though.

With the recent update, we have introduced a bunch of time-limited tests.
During the test period, different groups of players might receive a wider variety of in-game offers or see slight differences in the Event rules.
These tests are temporary, and the system randomly picks the groups of players.
The whole process is aimed at finding the optimal gameplay solutions.

I don’t see how this really addresses my question or how this explains why @t_t hasnt received ad based rewards since January.. but whatever. Seems like a generic, no thought, who cares response to me.
@sweet-pea Sounds like they just beating around the bush because they can't give you a solid answer.
Newly made accounts (dating back to like 6 months ago or something? I don't really know) no longer have ads. For example, my new f2p account can't access ads, but Whisper can, since I made it ~2 years ago. Apparently the progression was too strong and they nerfed it, which is funny cause it's already been nerfed before.
So yeah; new accounts no longer have ads on them, but signing in on an old account still should. Hope this helps
@whisper Thank you for clarifying the situation Whisper, that makes a lot of sense. They shouldn’t give older players an advantage over newer ones. If they want to take the rewards away, do it across the board. They’ve made a lot of bad decisions over the last year or so. It’s disappointing to see because they do a lot things right too.
@sweet-pea Then again, they've given new players a bunch of advantages as well (such as the lower power weapons being credits instead of A-coins (my 12s aren't credits), new player only codes, login rewards for only new players, etc.), so I actually don't mind so much. Although with new weapons and mechs being added all the time, getting blueprints for any one mech/weapon is getting harder, so I think they need to start addressing that.
