Yessir! I'm getting the emails.
What I will say, is so far I've been able to hit the 2nd Elite Mods reward for both iterations so far. The first round I managed to do it without A-Coins, second round I think they adjusted match making and I spent 65 A-Coins.
Not sure how you all feel but I'm way behind on mods so 65 A-Coins for 400 basic mod parts and 100 elite mod parts is great value in my eyes. I can usually make that back in the weekly tournaments anyways.
How far have you all got in the Hangar Showdown?
@chosen I agree, it’s a great value for sure. I’ve done fairly well… once I spent 65 on my first one (two matches with no opponent though), then got one without spending and spent 15 on the last one. It is pretty exceptional when you add up all the prizes for the cost of 80 acorns.
Yea. I've tried the hangar showdown. Prizes are pretty cool. Didn't get too far lol. Not a big fan of the match ups. Hopefully it is temporary.
Maybe I'm overly positive about this, but I really like the gamemode. I've been doing pretty well overall though, so I may be biased as well (only having to spend 35 A-coins to get a total of 500 elite mod parts so far). I have only two gripes so far:
1. They removed 5v5 when Hanger Showdown came out (it's coming back soon according to their Discord, but why'd it have to be removed in the first place?).
2. I think there should be a 5th division; right now I'm in division 1 but my opponents are consistently inconsistent. Some are f2ps without Surge or Eclipse, and others are 120k+ inventory power players...
